MIT Beaver scaner

MIT Beaver scaner

This was a teamwork project for a computer vision course. We used a hotpot chopstick, two aprialboards and a cellphone to build a simple 3D scanner. The project itself was very ordinary but we found that it was very effective to debug the codes if we could somehow visualize the algorithm results in a more intuitive way. The two gifs below show the fitted scanning line based on the change of brightness. This project was collaborated with Runjia and Naynum.
